(1-20)- So your starting to cook eh? Well first you need to cook Shrimps(20xp) for 1-20 cooking to get you started. [149 Shrimp will get 1-20]

(20-40) Your getting into it! Now its time to cook Trout(70xp) for 20-40 cooking![468 Trout will get you 20-40]

(40-74) Wow your doing great! Now you must cook Tuna(100xp) till 74 cooking.[10,591 Tuna will get you 40-74]

(74-86) Now your in the high levels! Now you can now not burn lobsters! So from 74-86 cook lobsters(120xp)[20,846 lobsters will get you 74-86 cooking]

::Ok Now this is where F2p and P2p splits up::
